The Challenge
AUDI is building a new data center on the grounds of the INCampus technology park in Ingolstadt, Germany. A key aspect of this project is that access security must be ensured not only for the flow of people but also for the flow of materials up to 2.5 m in length. In addition to security, high flexibility of use is required. For example, it must be possible to open the interlock completely or to use the interlock in a mode without single passage.
The solution: SMACS-Lift by FASTCOM
The new data center has the same requirements as existing AUDI data centers, where SMACS systems have already been used since 2012. Due to the positive experience over almost 10 years of use, AUDI has once again opted for FASTCOM's SMACS solutions.
