FASTCOM Technology SA announces the completion of the project with the WILO Group for the new headquarters. Access to the various floors is via elevators equipped with SMACS Lift. All individuals entering the upper floors are required to identify themselves. The SMACS Lift systems have been architecturally integrated invisibly into the existing elevators.

The Challenge
The WILO Group is one of the world's leading premium providers of pump systems for building technology, water management, and industry. For its new headquarters, the company wanted optimal security in line with its „Future Office Concept.“ The WILO Group particularly wants to ensure that all individuals entering the upper floors of the building are authorized to do so. Another requirement is that the building's architectural design remains untouched, and the security systems are as invisible as possible. Therefore, invasive, mechanical solutions, such as turnstiles or speed gates, cannot be used. Finally, the chosen solution must allow for flexible use according to operational requirements.
The solution: SMACS-Lift by FASTCOM
SMACS Lift is the solution to meet the required specifications. Seamlessly integrated into existing elevators, SMACS Lift ensures that only authorized persons have access to the upper floors of the building. Special modes, such as „material relocation“ and „specific passage processes“ are available.
